Online payments related to event registrations within this Site, unless otherwise specified are non-refundable.

Where refunds on event registrations are offered they shall only be payable before the registration closing date for the specific event you signed up to. After this date no refunds shall be permitted. If a refund is payable, then the refund will either be made via online credit or refund on to the credit card initially used. Please note that there will be a small administration fee payable for any refunds proceed on to credit cards.

For refunds related to rescheduled events, we will contact you with the new date and time ASAP. Can’t make the event? Refunds are at discretion of the event organizer; however, we will do everything we can to help.

For refunds related to any given cancelled events, we will contact you and issue a refund automatically.

Refunds related to rescheduled and canceled events are done via the same mode of payment as the event registration purchase.

For a refund on any event, you must contact the office at sports@promosevensports.com within a 48 hour period. Typically, a refund is not permittable in most circumstances, however a credit for future use is. Promoseven Sports Marketing reserves the right to issue a refund and all decisions are final. If a refund is permitted, then Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment

Cancellation Policy

Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to (45 days) for the refund transfer to be completed.
